Whether you are looking for a one-on-one experience or a small group, there are several delivery methods that I employ in order to satisfy the active schedules my clients possess. Below you will find the details for the different coaching plans I offer.

One-on-one coaching plans,

whether for individuals,

expecting or new moms or for

families, include the following

  • Sessions delivered on a bi-weekly basis

One-on-One Health Coaching

One-on-one Health Coaching is available for individuals seeking to feel their best. Sessions are 50 minutes each, individualized, and based on your health and wellness goals.  One-on-one programs meet on a bi-weekly basis in an agreed upon setting and require a six-month commitment.

Small Group Coaching

Small Group Health Coaching takes place as need dictates. Groups are formed every three months with the minimum of three individuals per group (maximum of 6). Sessions are 60 minutes each and are held on a bi-weekly basis for a duration of 6 months. The focus of each group is to improve health and wellness through life balance. Members of the group will create goals and must be willing to speak openly in a small group setting while maintaining the confidentiality of other members. Groups will meet in a predetermined location.

Private Events

When my schedule allows, I enjoy sharing information related to health and wellness in and around my community. Some of my favorite topics to present on include those related to gut health, family meal planning, and how to increase overall wellness. Prenatal Coaching

I offer two different delivery methods for my pregnant clients-–one-on-one and virtual. My one-on-one coaching is offered for moms (new or seasoned) in their pregnancy period (a positive pregnancy test-delivery). Sessions are focused on providing support to you, the pregnant mom, as you prepare for your new role and nurturing you through your pregnancy as your body–physical, mental and emotional–changes. One-on-one coaching for the pregnant mom is perfect for those who have the time and energy to meet at a scheduled time and who want to connect in-person.

My virtual coaching series is offered online and is perfect for pregnant moms (new or seasoned) who want the support, but who aren’t able to conveniently meet in person. One of the major benefits of the virtual program is that you have unlimited access to the coaching material, so you can revisit each session any time you want and do so in the comfort of your own home. Like the one-on-one coaching, the virtual coaching series is focused on providing support and nurturing you throughout your pregnancy.

Postpartum Coaching

I offer two different delivery methods for my postpartum clients–one-on-one and virtual. My one-on-one coaching is offered for moms (new or seasoned) in their postpartum period (anytime during the first 6 weeks-6 months post delivery). Sessions are focused on providing support to you, the mom, in your new role and nurturing you through the healing process as your body returns to its prepregnancy state. One-on-one coaching for the post-partum mom is perfect for those who have the time and energy to meet at a scheduled time and who want to connect in-person.

My virtual coaching series is offered online and is perfect for moms (new or seasoned) who want the support, but who aren’t able to conveniently meet in person. One of the major benefits of the virtual program is that you have unlimited access to the coaching material, so you can revisit each session any time you want and do so in the comfort of your own home. Like the one-on-one coaching, the virtual coaching series is focused on providing support to the new mom and nurturing you through the post-partum period.

Family Coaching

Family Coaching is available for families who want to improve their health and wellness. Sessions are 60 minutes each, on a bi-weekly basis, and are held in the comfort of your own home. When needed, this program can include guidance on meal planning and prep, a kitchen make-over (a sweep of the pantry and fridge : ), and my grocery store tour “Navigating the Aisles”. 

How the Journey Begins

Health History and Consultation

A Health History is necessary for me to gather relevant health information about each potential client. Potential clients should download and complete the Health History form prior to our consultation session. The consultation will allow us to get to know one another and demonstrate how my coaching program will be tailored to best meet your needs.

Agreement and Scheduling

When the feeling to work together is mutual, then it is time to get it in writing. Information about my program including my policies and an outline of the parameters of our client-coach relationship will be outlined in the Program Agreement. All clients must sign a Program Agreement in order for coaching sessions to begin. Once signed, we will spend time scheduling when and where our sessions will take place.

Welcome and Goal Setting

By acknowledging your new commitment, you will be warmly welcomed as a new Havalah Health Coaching client. You will then have access to program extras and special events. In addition, you will be provided with tools to help you define the goals we work on together during your 6-month program.
